Course format – Carnatic Music Style
In the class students learn vocal music swaras (tunes, pitch), tala’s (music rhythms) for better music understanding which would help students to perform music. Every class begins and end with tuning student’s voice with shruthi.Theory classes will be conducted along with classical music, when ever it is necessary to have the proper knowledge of the music.
Music needs practice to get the proper shruti, laya thala for good singing. Music class write ups will be provided and class music materials will be sent via email in MP3 format for practicing at home.

Level 1 - Junior |
Fundamental study of the Carnatic classical music including knowledge in the basic swara’s (tunes, pitch), and the basics of the thala structure (rhythmic systems)
In this level students will learn
1.Sarale varase/Swaravalli
2. Janti varase
3. Hechu/Uperst sthayi
4.Taggu/lower sthayi
5.Datu varase
6.Sapta thala alankara along with sholka’s, Bajans, Songs.
No prior music experience necessary. Students of all ages can attend and learn
Level 2 and advanced levels, continue from this foundation. |

Level II - Senior |
Students completing the level 1, continue to increase their knowledge of music, at their own speed.
In this level students lean Geethams,Sarjathi’s varnam and songs.
Class levels are designed to meet the needs of each student. |

Level 3 - Advanced |
In this level students will work on particular swara, raga and thala in more advanced way, work on difficult keerathan’s and songs.
And also prepare students for professional performances. |

Private Class |
Any age and any level students can take private classes. Private classes can be customized based on student’s needs and interest |
