Bhagya Nagesh is the founder and artistic director of Bollywood Rhythms. Bollywood Rhythms was born from her passion for dancing. She has been dancing / performing from the age of 5 yrs .Her diversity in dance expands from Indian semi classical to modern Dancing. Her main focus over the past couple years is to promote cultural awareness within the community, mainly the kids and the youth, by performing, teaching, choreographing and organizing cultural events. Her studio has served over 2000+ students since they opened their doors in 2006. Bhagya has been awarded in India and in US for her choreography and her performances. Without a question, the reputation she has created for herself through hard work and her sincere dedication to dance has made Bhagya one of most sought-out instructors for young aspiring dancers.
Bhagya proudly affirms of all her past and present students: “Yes, dance is talent - but it can also be achieved by desire. If your passion is to perform, the right motivation and guidance will lead you to where you want to be.”

Bhagya has judged some of the most prestigious dance competition in Chicago like Nachle Express 2010, High school competitions 2009, Boogie Woogie 2008, Chicago Agni 2007 ( an intercollegiate fusion dance competition where teams from all over US -participate) DesiJuction's Dance Challenge ( where kids and adults from in and around Chicago land area participate)
